Recherche d’hôtels − Comté de Poquoson City

« We booked a weekend getaway to unplug, relax, and spend quality family time together. Overall, it served as a wonderful home away from home, and the host’s hospitality was top-tier from start to finish! What We Loved:Outstanding Host Hospitality: The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. She generously allowed us to check in early at 3:15 PM, which gave us a head start on our weekend. Even better, after we checked out and realized we had left my daughter’s birthday cake behind,...

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and comfortable house which is located in an extremely convenient area. The owner was gracious and super easy to communicate with, answering all questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and the beds were cozy. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. »

« Family Graduation stay. The home was well appointed and exactly as listed. Very spacious for multiple groups to have space throughout the home. The elders enjoyed the sun porch daily. There are a few minor housekeeping issues: all mirrors were dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. The upstairs spare shower tub filled as if taking a bath and all the dirt off the shower curtain (we replaced w/ new one) floated in the water. Beside those minor issues the home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood....

« Excellent hôtel Excellent service »

« Only stayed 1 night but the 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. »

« Room 221 was a little too humid. Disrupted the functionality of our cellphones due to the moisture. Walls are extremely thin. Sounded like a rock band was playing all night long. »

« I loved the Hotel. I remember it from back in the day. The update was very good. The food was great. »

« Hot tub closed off- unable to be used (which was one reason we booked the hotel) >10 teenages/young adults in the room next to us partying until 430am, very loud, obnoxious, running down hallway, arguing, etc. Reported to staff at 1030pm, called front desk again at 230am (no answer). TV/wifi very slow, remote buttons hardly worked. Had to pay $5 parking as well? Still confused about that. Will never return. Too highly priced for this room for this many inconveniences. »

« Personnel Chaleureux »

« La TV no funciona, Y el cuarto estaba mal organizado, Me tocaron la puerta 3 veces antes del check-out, Y ya tenía pagado el servicio extra un día antes , Se supone que mi check-out ya estaba adelantado y me exigieron pagarlo de nuevo. En mi caso no me interrumpieron. Eso me pareció mala atención al cliente. Pero se ve que los trabajadores están mal organizados. Gracias!! »
